Intake — Day 0
You fill the eight-field form on the home page. Within one business day we reply to confirm scope, pick a theme (cardinal / midnight / amber), and lock your domain choice. If we're not the right shop for what you need, that reply says so.
Build — Days 2–5
We register the domain, set up the photo gallery, write the copy from your intake answers, place your photos, and stage the site at a preview URL. You see it before launch and reply with edits in plain English. No design jargon required.
Launch — Day 6
Site goes live on your domain. We hand you the portal login. You can upload photos, request edits, and view your billing ledger from there. No emails to remember. No support tickets to file.
Settle-in — Days 7–14
Free edits while you live with it. The little "actually-can-we-change-this" stuff that always comes up once a site is live. After day fourteen, you're either on Setup (one-time, fully owned) or Care ($20/mo, we keep looking after it).
What you own
- ✱Your domain. Registered in your name. You can transfer it any time.
- ✱Your photos. Stored in your gallery. Downloadable from the portal.
- ✱The site code if you want it. Astro + Tailwind, hosted on Cloudflare.
- ✱Your client portal account, regardless of tier. Forever.
Nothing held hostage. If you want to leave, you leave with everything.
What we don't do
We don't run ad campaigns, write SEO blog content, manage social media, or take on multi-page rebuilds bigger than the Custom tier. If you need any of those, we'll point you somewhere good.
